Your Impact

Is the cloud your passion, and do you want to actively shape our clients' digital transformation? Then join our team! We are making Data & Analytics a core component of our SAP offering and are looking for you to play a defining role in this journey.

As a Practice Lead – SAP Business Data Cloud (f/m/d), you will have the exciting opportunity and creative freedom to strategically build this practice, shape the portfolio, and establish it firmly in the market. You will combine deep SAP knowledge with cutting-edge cloud architectures, steering complex data environments securely into the future.

Your mission

Practice Building & Strategy: You will take charge of the technical direction as well as the strategic setup and expansion of the SAP Business Data Cloud practice. You will use your creative freedom to actively develop and shape our service portfolio.
Go-to-Market & Pre-Sales: You will work closely with our sales team to refine our offering and conduct discovery workshops with clients. In doing so, you will deliver the crucial technical substance and shape the go-to-market strategy with SAP as a partner.
Strategic Consulting & Architecture Design: As a Lead Architect, you will design and implement modern end-to-end data architectures based on SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Datasphere.
End-to-End Project Delivery: You will guide clients through the migration of legacy SAP BW/BW4HANA systems to a cloud-based BDC architecture. You will leverage your expertise in BW modernisation for complex migration and innovation projects.
Hands-on Data Architecture & SAP Datasphere: Developing and modelling modern data landscapes, as well as implementing scalable data models in enterprise environments.
Analytics & Reporting: You will create high-performance dashboards and KPI systems within the SAP Analytics Cloud.
Complex Lifecycle & Migration Management: Successfully delivering demanding migration projects alongside continuous system optimisation.
Seamless System Integration: Connecting SAP and non-SAP landscapes via the SAP Integration Suite and modern API management approaches.
Enablement & Consulting: You will lead client workshops, build Proofs of Concept, and provide expert advice to stakeholders at the management level.

Your profile

Proven Track Record: Several years of accountable architectural work within the SAP Analytics and Data Warehousing space, along with deep expertise in data modelling, data integration, and cloud architectures.
You have solid professional experience in SAP consulting, with a clear focus on SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or SAP BW/4HANA.
Project Experience: You are familiar with BW modernisations and transition paths from your own project work, and you have experience in enterprise landscapes, including migrations. Ideally, you also bring knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS).
Pre-Sales Experience: You have experience in facilitating workshops, helping to shape proposals, and providing technical support for deals.
Drive & Ambition: A strong desire to independently drive a new portfolio and standards forward and take on responsibility.
Tech Curiosity & Willingness to Learn: Since BDC products are still relatively new to the market, we don’t expect decades of experience. What matters is your initial exposure to the BDC and your drive to learn new specifics (such as Formations, Data Products, or SAP Databricks) with our support.
You enjoy teamwork and actively sharing knowledge with others.
A confident demeanour and business-fluent communication skills in both German and English.

Your benefits

Pure Flexibility: Work the way that suits your life – fully remote within Germany, hybrid, or in one of our German offices (Magstadt, Darmstadt, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Ulm, Heidelberg, Frankfurt).
Workation: Working while discovering new places? Take advantage of up to 30 days of workation per year to combine work and adventure.
Time Off: Recharge your batteries whenever you need to with 30 days of annual leave.
Your Hardware, Your Choice: Mac, Windows, Linux, or Android/ChromeOS – you decide what you prefer to work with.
Career Progression: Training, labs, and certifications with AWS, Azure, Google & SAP – we actively boost your cloud expertise.
Feedback that Counts: Regular development and salary reviews so you always know exactly where you stand.
Beyond the Basics: Choose between a Spendit Card, Wellpass, or the Deutschlandticket. On top of that, we offer a childcare allowance and bike leasing as extra perks for your life away from the laptop.
Team Spirit: Whether it's team events, the summer party, or the Christmas party – we celebrate our successes together.
